Has Anyone Every Had A Laparoscopic Cystectomy And Their Periods Can't Decide What They're Doing?

I had a laparoscopic cystectomy in February 2022 to have an 11cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary removed
I was on painkillers, blood thinners and antibiotics (it was the last week of the latter 2)
At first my periods were lighter and shorter than they used to be, but recently they have been varying between light and heavy (I won't go out when I'm heavy in case I flood as I've done that a few times and have had to buy some more underwear and pads and a skirt.
