What do you do for skin care?

I’ve recently noticed I’ve been getting darker spots around my mouth. I’m not sure if it’s hormone related or I also live in Minnesota where it’s been cold and dry because of heaters. I recently purchased vitamin c serum to start using. Is there something else you’d recommend? Thanks in advanced 💕✨
