I have been diagnosed with PCOS for almost a year and ever since iv been experiencing a different body odor that makes it difficult for me to go to the gym, be intimate and just be comfortable. Has anyone else been through this and is there anything that can help?

4 out of 7 days a week, i feel extremely exhausted to the point of getting a headache or nauseous around 2-2:30pm...regardless of how long i slept that night.
I do have insomnia and have to take meds to go to sleep every night

When does the weight gain stop? I am insulin resistant and take metformin. I don’t think its working because i keep feeling bigger as the days go on. Should i take supplements? How do you know what else you need? I dont even want to eat anymore its so bad.
Please don’t starve yourself!!!! It’ll make things worse:( fiber is your friend. Don’t worry about the calories. Focus on lean protein and fruits and veggies. You’re body will balance out
I’m very insecure in my own body. I have PCOS belly and extra fat I can’t get rid of from my hormone imbalances. I eat healthy, work out consistently with no aid. I’m thinking this is my last resort to try and feel better in my own skin
