Does anyone else get a severe need to nap around 2pm?
4 out of 7 days a week, i feel extremely exhausted to the point of getting a headache or nauseous around 2-2:30pm...regardless of how long i slept that night.
I do have insomnia and have to take meds to go to sleep every night

I was recently diagnosed with pcos after a frustrating few months of not having a period for multiple months as we were preparing to try for a second little one. Part of my symptoms related/unrelated were also a constant yeast infection that was constantly being misdiagnosed. My labs are normal and not showing signs of being pre/diabetic. Has anyone tried Ovasitol? It claims to be "a high quality, medical-grade supplement that combines both myo and d-chiro-inositol that mimic’s the body’s own ratio" and boasts it will " improve insulin sensitivity, restore hormone balance, improve ovulation and egg quality in women with PCOS."
I just ordered some and have yet to try it. Simply looking for feedback. Any reviews from your own personal experience with it would be greatly appreciated.
