Needing To Nap

Does anyone else get a severe need to nap around 2pm?
4 out of 7 days a week, i feel extremely exhausted to the point of getting a headache or nauseous around 2-2:30pm...regardless of how long i slept that night.
I do have insomnia and have to take meds to go to sleep every night

Then I decided to stop the contraceptive pill because I’m 49 and thought my body should go through natural progression into menopause.
