What's the bests way to get pregnant with pcos?

My second round of Letrozole 7.5mg. Anyone get pregnant on this drug? Should I just switch to chlomid?

Anyone else NEVER get a period?

I only do when I take Provera.

I have already tried Metformin, Vitex, weight loss, exercise, clean eating. Still have never had a cycle on my own.

I just started taking inositol, so I'll give that a shot for a few months to see if that helps at all. Any other ideas? Is there anything you have been able to do to naturally get a period?

Hi ladies any women on clomid and take supplements which ones are you taking? Also anyone had any luck with maca root and vitex ? Do these have any affect while taking clomid? Currently on multivitamin and myo-inositol. Ran out id myo-inositol not due to take clomid till ive finished provera

I am about to start my first round of Clomid to help me conceive. Researching and reading success rates for conceiving while prescribed Cloimd is a little scary. 10 to 20%. I just want to see some positivity to give me a little more hope then what I have right now.

I used to have semi-regular periods every 4-6 weeks. Took Nexplanon, gained 60 pounds in a year, and didn't get but one period while I was on it. Now no period in over a year and a half since I had Nexplanon taken out. Diagnosed with PCOS when I went to the OBGYN trying to get my period back to have babies. I was give clomid to conceive both of my children and was on it in excess of 9 months per child so 18 months in total. Since coming off I've read in can increase your risk of ovarian cancer, not sure how true this is

Went to a gynecologist tonight due to fibroids in uterus. Did the internal ultrasound to check on my pcos but apparently they are gone. I have bigger issues and currently freaking out as one fibroid needs investigating but the doc said my pcos is a thing of the past. I’m confused can pcos ever go away and why is my body not showing signs of it. I know it sounds stupid I should be happy right but I feel like there is information missing here
