Feel like PCOS in the UK is so far behind where it seems to be in the US. Currently 23 (nearly 24) with no intention of having a baby anytime soon but managing my symptoms through weight loss so that when I am ready for a baby I have the body to support that. So the doctor had done a ultrasound on me on my first appointment seeing him and informed me that "it looks like my uterus lining is thick" so he prescribed me with 200mg progesterone for 10 days to thin out the lining and have my menstrual regulated. I have excruciating pelvic pain on a daily basis it doesn’t matter what I do nor what I eat I am in constant pain, everywhere I have read has said pcos doesn’t cause pelvic pain but I am bloated 24/7 with pain?
