I am finding it hard to keep a routine and also having a hard time finding out what exercises work out best.

So the doctor had done a ultrasound on me on my first appointment seeing him and informed me that "it looks like my uterus lining is thick" so he prescribed me with 200mg progesterone for 10 days to thin out the lining and have my menstrual regulated. I can only take Progesterone 0.35 mg mini birth control to assist with restoring my menstrual. I took my first pill at 10:00 p.m (Tuesday) around 11’ish I started to feel my calf ache with a burning sensation and immediately I thought “blood clot” 😳 but I do recall having my leg bent/angled. I was curious because that was only day one, I’m not familiar with how fast blood clots form. Though that’s not what I’m thinking is going on here.
I have excruciating pelvic pain on a daily basis it doesn’t matter what I do nor what I eat I am in constant pain, everywhere I have read has said pcos doesn’t cause pelvic pain but I am bloated 24/7 with pain?

I have always taken ortho tri cyclene since diagnosed but was interested in the ones that skip your period. I just wanted to see others experiences with them and how it works - if it helped or made it worse. Thanks!

Just found out few weeks ago that the reason why i been having trouble getting pregnant. PCOS. My doctor has me on metformin. And im dieting. What else has helped.?
I would be kinda scared to use anything I bought in Mexico. The Clomid itself isn't what's so expensive here, it's all the doctor's visits and ultrasounds you have to have with it. :/
I seem to be struggling with keeping myself hydrated especially when I'm in work as I have no breaks due to my hours been short. I also struggle to drink water on a regular basis and it's casing me to have a lot of headaches. Does anyone have any tips on how I can keep hydrated?
