I think by gluten free he/she means cut out most of your carbs that come from refined grains because they get converted to glucose in the body . So only whole wheats & in little amounts

Ok so I am finally to the point where I would like to treat my condition rather than trying to concieve. My dr has recently put me on Metformin and birth control (opposed to the clomid that i had paired with it before). I also want to take care of the blood boils that i get and the thinning hair.
