I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on dealing with bloating and cramping? I have seen a lot of woman on YouTube recommend drinking apple cider vinegar and lemon in the morning. Anyone have any tips on this? I basically feel bloated and have the sensation of cramps all the time.

I feel as if someone is stabbing me to death in my pelvic area with each step I take. I have been experiencing this for over a year and it's awful, I have to limit my walking distance even in my own home and sit down often.
I know its harder to loose weight with pcos but for anyone that has , do you have any suggestions for beginners ? And did it help with the pains ?
I've only just been diagnosed at age 25, but I feel like this has been going on for years just never had the right doctor to find it. The red lines are uncomfortable when I get them but they only hurt if I touch them. I read some where online that pcos can cause thinning of the delicate vulva skin. I've told my doctor about it but she just dismissed it as normal for pcos. I just got… read more
