A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I struggle with my weight so badly. It's frustrating I eat small portions, exercise, and eat mostly non- processed food, I don't know what else to do I lost a bunch and then gained it all back and then some and I didn't do anything differently. I've also had 6 miscarriages. I'm so frustrated with my body and even with antidepressants I feel suicidal. People are so mean to me because of my weight and try as I might I just keep going up. I'm taking my meds (metformin, spironolactone… read more

My name is Nidhi Kalaria, and like many of you here, I have been navigating the journey of living with PCOS since my diagnosis in 2014. It's an honor to be part of this empowering community where we share, support, and uplift each other through our PCOS journeys.
