Hi Beautiful People!! Can Anyone Suggest A Good Diet Starting Point For PCOS?

Recently (finally/properly) diagnosed with PCOS. Overwhelmed to say the least but atleast I have a diagnosis and starting point. I am looking for, and desperately needing dietary suggestions that may be helpful because from what I’ve read it is a good starting point to get certain symptoms under control. I’m having trouble finding anything online. Please help! Thank you everyone 😊😊

Jawline/Chin Acne Recommendations

Jawline/Chin Acne Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for products to clear jawline/chin acne? I'm trying to conceive and have been off birth control for almost a year now and my skin is breaking out and I get white heads and blackheads constantly now. When I treat the pimples, my skin gets red, itchy, and flaky instead so it feels like a losing battle. I need something vegan and cruelty free and safe for conception/pregnancy. Any advice?

What Are Other Options Besides Birth Control

What Are Other Options Besides Birth Control

My Gyno only gave me option of birth control, but my main conern is the weight gain I have been having. I do not have regular periods, but tend to get one every two months right now. The pill increases your insulin levels correct? Not sure where to go from here. My doctor didn't seem to responsive to my questions and basically told me BC was my only option.

You probably need more than just chin hairs. Think you'd see multiple body changes due to hormone imbalance.

Experience With IUD?

Experience With IUD?

I've been on tri lo sprintec for the past almost year. I've been so unhappy with it. The obgyn wanted me to be able to skip periods and I haven't been able to. It's caused me to have extended periods that are still as heavy as before. Also, the weight gain from water retention has been awful. So I've been looking into the mirena IUD and just wanted to know of any experiences with it, good or bad. I'm concerned how it would affect me having pcos.
