So according to what I see everyone else experiencing, my pcos is maybe abnormal? To try and make a very long story short, I started getting ovarian cysts Jan 2015. Took until a few months ago for me to get an official diagnosis on the pcos. I get a few small cysts here and there but I usually get quite large ones every month ranging from 6-8 cm. Sounds like you may have a food intolerance mixed in there. May I humbly suggest that you try cutting out food groups and see what happens? The obvious ones are gluten and dairy but with the bloating and pain it sounds like classic raffinose intolerance. I could be wrong but it's worth trying. For the autoimmune type PCOS, they recommend an anti-inflammatory diet anyway.
