A myPCOSteam Member asked a question πŸ’

Question ladies, I've heard that some women have just gotten pregnant from taking metdormin. My one cousin did, however her and oir symptoms mine are worse. Shw got pregnant after only one month taking metdormin. I'm taking now 1, 000 mg Rx. The regular I can't take this one still gives me stomache issues but it's duable. Anyone with success stories on getting pregnant just from taking metdormin?

I've been on 1,000 for 6 months and then was upped to 2,00mg a day and have been doing that for about 4 months now. No luck with pregnancy, it has helped some with weight loss but I had noticed it's starting to slow down in that area.

Have you talked to your doctor ablut slow release version? Typically those without as intense of hormone difficiencies/imbalances have better chance with Met and a change in diet, Others need some supplements/additional help. While it’s possible with just met (as well as without met) it really depends on your homone levels specifically and how your body reacts.
