Ovasital helped me with my irregular periods. It's just a pain in the a** remembering to take it two times a day. Most people don't have issues with it upsetting their stomach, but I was unlucky... My body got used to it though. I also HATED the taste for a little over a week...btw don't mix it with soda. Lol

I felt very nauseous, almost to the point I was going to stop taking it. It wore off tho, just keep taking it and watch what you eat. Try different things and see what works till your body agrees with it

Chels what kind of stomach issues did you have? I can't stop going to the bathroom. I am hoping this is a temporary side effect

I got my order of Ovasitol, only been taking it for 4 days yet, havnt noticed any changes yet lol! I know its early. and i havnt noticed any bad taste so far (its kinda sweet and i mix it with water, the bigger the glass the less of any taste there is) and have not had any stomach issues yet but that could be because my body just recently adjusted to meta. will keep you posted on any other changes that i notice.

I ordered mine last week. Waiting on it to come. So glad my doctor gave me a provider code for a discount on it too cause it is a bit pricey but hopefully it will be worth it.
