I use pain medication sometimes but they dont always work.

I usually put hot pads on my pelvis area

Even with an old 2 liter bottle of soda add hot water wrap it in a towel and put it where your pain is

I agree. Warm compress and chilling calm. I used to microwave a wet towel wrap it in a plastic bag and the put it on my ovaries and lower back with towels on my skin so I dont get burned.

What pain meds do you use? When I was getting really bad cramps my doctor prescribed me Naproxen and it worked wonders for me!
