Members connected over the frustration of excess facial and body hair, sharing the emotional toll of feeling less feminine while offering each other practical solutions that have worked for them. Several members recommended waxing over shaving to keep hair finer and slower-growing, while others found relief through laser hair removal, epilators, threading, hair removal creams like Veet or Nair, and spironolactone which one member noted took about four months to show results. A recurring theme was experimenting with different methods for different areas of the body and finding what works best individually, with strong encouragement to avoid razors since they can make hair appear darker and thicker over time.

My advice is DO NOT SHAVE! the razor blunts the hair and causes it to look heavier and darker. If you can wax, do that instead, or go have it done in a wax studio. When u wax it pulls it out from the root causing the hair to grow back in finer. And the wax will give you a couple weeks of hair relief. It's what I do!

I do a multi prong attack on facial and body hair large area I shave or use" Nair " butry chin, lip and nipples I pluck or wax. The Sally Hansen facial hair stuff is pretty good just test for sensitivity before you use it. Also on Amazon you can get the blue strip free wax kits they are great
