I Was Wondering If Anyone Has Used Myo-Inositol And D-Chiro Inositol To Manage Their PCOS?

I’ve been looking for a more natural approach to managing my PCOS. I was on @Metformin but it made me very very sick. I do not take any birth control (my endocrinologist recommended this). I’ve read a lot of amazing things about inositol, and was wondering if anyone else has used it? Also what other supplements work for you?

I use ovasitol - it's worth it! It's been 4 months since I started, but my last 2 periods have been regular and much much lighter.

More recently combine it with "Nutri support" vitamins by NHP

I have not used it but Ovasitol is d-chiro and myo-inositol in the correct ratio dose - I've seen and heard a lot of women do really well on it.

I'm interested in natural treatments as well. I hate having to be on medications that don't really do anything. Definitely don't want to be on birth control since I want to get pregnant someday and already have fertility issues.

I am wondering the same thing! I took metformin for about 2 months and was so ill. I’m currently taking Maca supplements but so far have seen no improvement (it’s been over a month) and I’ve heart a lot of good things about inositol. Keep us posted if you have success!
