I had it done about 5 years ago and it was the worst thing ive ever done. It increased my hair growth and was extremely painful. They warned a small percentage chance it would happen and it did. I shave my face twice a day. Thats not to say it doesnt work, as i also know many people who were successful. Good luck xx

Hiya I'm in the UK - I have not had it done but have been researching it lots! From my understanding, treatment can be slow however, it is actually permanent. The salon local to me that I go to for everything charges £55 for 60 minute treatment. x

I'm not in the UK, but I had electrolysis for about 10 years. It got rid of all my facial hair and I have not had any recurring facial hair. Sometimes I have to pluck a hair around my mouth, but that is about it. Depending on how much hair you have it can take awhile. I would go to my electrolysis person twice a month and it took about 10 years, but I had a lot ot hair on my face. Good luck in what you choose to do.
