Hi, I am! I did it back in 2017 to get my cycles regulated and it helped me get my ovulation and periods back, and then I got pregnant. So it's been about 18 months now I've been off it, but I started again in January and just had my first period on keto. Hoping I have the same positive experience this time.

It's excellent for PCOS because it helps eliminate the insulin resistance issue because your body is no longer processing any sugars and insulin can deliver your hormones where they belong.
