What did you do to increase libido

I was diagnosed in Jan. My libido has dropped off the map. I have very very low testosterone. Have any of you ladies struggled with this and if so what did you do to help it? It is taking a very serious toll on my relationship and I need help 😭

I had alternative hysterectomy. It helped slow down the bleeding which was a plus
