Best Acne/blemish Products?

I don't have cystic acne or real bad acne but have noticed an increase since ive been diagnosed. Ive been trying different products just bought a new one to try. What is the best ?

Honestly hormone acne is different from teenage acne. I've been through everything, trying all kinds of products. Nothing helped. Definitely take care of your skin but I feel it's more beneficial to get your hormones under control πŸ˜•

Do you think witch hazel might work?

Also, keep in mind, your sheets and pillow cases.. they trap dirt and make it more susceptible to carry germs/oils. So wash them frequently, if you don't already!
