I love sweet potatoes. They have a ton of fiber. My nutritionist says they are great to include in moderation.

Sweet potatoes are relatively high in carbohydrates and may make symptoms worse. I would use them very sparingly and choose lower carb veggies instead. Cauliflower, broccoli, aubergine, asparagus, leafy greens and mushrooms are to name a few.
