I am a 35 years woman diagnosed with PCOS in 2006. I have been trying to conceive since 5 years and have been on and off meds like clomid, letrozole which have helped me ovulate but not conceive. An infertility specialist will use whatever black magic "modern medical" means to make you become pregnant, but an endocrinologist will try to find the root cause and solution to the hormonal imbalance that is resulting in infertility.

Don’t loose hope. Loosing wait, diet and exercise have never failed me.... as a matter of fact. All of the times I was exercising, had lost weight, and was watching my food I got pregnant 🤰 (4 times)

You should get a referral from your family practitioner to see a endocrinologist

This is new to me. Curious to understand how anendocrinologist can help compared to a gynaecologist, maybe I will search around to know more. My doc has suggested me to go to infertility specialist.
