PCOS And Perimenopause

This is something that isn't talked about much. I am 42 years old and my cycles are changing as I age. In general, they are getting close together. My doctor has run blood work and says that I am not anywhere near menopause or perimenopause for that matter, but I know that can change. I've been fairly regular for about 12 years now, but, I still have many of the other pesky symptoms of PCOS. I am wondering what to expect.
