I have had PCOS for awhile now and notice that sometimes it’s painful to have sex and sometimes it’s not I never know when it’s going to happen it just does

I get that too.. no idea why. I get REALLY bad cramps after sex (and ocassionally start spotting) but only sometimes.. its weird.
