Where To Start?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with PCOS two weeks ago and I have no clue where to begin with my journey and dealing with the symptoms. Any advice would be extremely appreciative.

Hi ladies ! I've been diagnosed for 10 years and the has truly been a rollercoaster, I just recently within the past two years been able to control my PCOS. I changed my diet I am a vegetarian and I dont use any medication I'm into plant base methods and I found a new love in the gym, I became a powerlifter. My periods are now regular I was even able to conceive unfortunately I miscarried but in 8 years I never was able to while on all the medications the doctors was given me. I really hope this helps you ladies, I'm happy to help and here to talk if anyone ever needs to!
