Hi ladies, I went to the loo before I got in the shower and when I wiped I discovered that my periods have started. They're light at the moment but they are also very unpredictable as we all know
The only thing is my doctors surgery is open today, but for pre-booked appointments only, so I don't think there's a receptionist in the surgery. I'm still going to my appointment so that I can speak to the nurse (who is female as only the female nurses can do the smear tests at my doctors, which I… read more

I don't wear them at night, but I do when I am wearing any sort of pants or shorts… read more
Thank you. I have tried men's pants, they don't quite fit my body type....
I will look into the reusable pads. That would save me money in the long run anyway...
Has anyone here ever used dr. Sebi products? I went into researching him a bit and found out that he has something called estro. It read that it was for regulating the hormones and such. But have never heard of anyone with pcos use it.

I noticed my hair has been thinning for the last few years but still manageable. Then I decided to stop the contraceptive pill because I’m 49 and thought my body should go through natural progression into menopause. Since stopping the pill I have lost a lot of hair and fear I will lose it all. I am thinking of going back on the Diane 35 contraceptive pill. I take iron, vitamin d, fish oil and hair and nail supplements
