Yes, my elder cousin was able to cure her PCOS over time. She went with a complete lifestyle change and maintained consistency to get to such results. It was quite impressive because I still have not been able to achieve that and the interesting part is that we were both diagnosed at the same time🙄 I wish i can also get rid of it someday.
