I used to have semi-regular periods every 4-6 weeks. Took Nexplanon, gained 60 pounds in a year, and didn't get but one period while I was on it. Now no period in over a year and a half since I had Nexplanon taken out. Diagnosed with PCOS when I went to the OBGYN trying to get my period back to have babies. Started periods at age 17, went on the pill at 18 so no real way of monitoring regularity of cycles. Tried to conceive from 2016-2021 but made the decision to stop fertility treatment. Have a very healthy and active lifestyle, healthy weight but would gain weight easily if I was not careful. No period at all now for 2 years. Not sure if this is a cause for concern and whether I should contact my GP.

Ive been told electrolysis is the only way to remove permnetley unwanted body hair, esp on the face, as laser is not long term and for people with pcos ive seem to see alot of failed laser stories, but ive seen alot of positive on electrolysis , anyone have advice?

I struggle with my weight so badly. It's frustrating I eat small portions, exercise, and eat mostly non- processed food, I don't know what else to do I lost a bunch and then gained it all back and then some and I didn't do anything differently. My doctor recommend a laparoscopic ovarian wedge resection on both ovaries. As well as looking for and possibly excising endometriosis. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017 but have had symptoms since my first period at 10 years old. So, this has been a loooooooong journey for me. I am 26 now and finally feel like I am being listened to by my doctor about the pain, discomfort, and overall poor quality of life.
