I used to have semi-regular periods every 4-6 weeks. Took Nexplanon, gained 60 pounds in a year, and didn't get but one period while I was on it. Hi, i found out i had pcos one month ago. I have been out on the lowest dose of metaformin and the onky thing i have noticed is light cramping on and off. Myself and ny oartner have been trying for a baby for 6months and no luck so far. I am taking elevit metaformin and fish oil tablets and still not ovualating.😞
When do you ladies know youre ovulating? I dont have a normal period so i never know. There are times however when i have light brown discharge and I'd br super horny.
Also, if it's a sticky white discharge(like cooked rice) then you didn't ovulate or if you feel pain in ovaries then your close to ovulating
Using progesterone could possibly help lengthen it since a short one most likely is not producing enough. I have looked in to it a lot since I asked this question.

How do you really know whether you have ovulated or not?
You could try using ovulation test strips, although sometimes they dont work for women with pcos
Have always had super full and thick hair but the last few months it has started to thin out. What can be taken to help combat this issue?

I keep getting tinging sensations in my lower abdomen like it is coming from my left ovary. Sad to say, I really dont know what ovulation feels like but I dont think it's that because it happens more frequently than that.
