I recently started using Nuvaring and i have found that my emotions are all over the place. This os the first birth control i have used in about 15 years so i dont remember how i did the first time around. I have been way more sensitive and crying like crazy. It is driving me insane. I was diagnosed with PCOS and mild endometriosis in 2022. My periods have been irregular for a while now, I think it’s been around 3 months since my last period. However, for the last 4 weeks, I have spotted every day (red blood upon wiping, not enough to fill a pad) anyone else in a similar situation?

Who all has been diagnosed with PCOS and have been prescribed Metformin? Has it worked as far as achieving pregnancy!?! Was an OBGYN the doctor who prescribed the medication to you? So I recently got diagnosed with PCOS a little shy of a week ago, and I started non-estrogen birth control to help regulate my cycles (the most recent period I was on lasted 2 months 😬) and it completely stopped the bleeding—thank goodness. I have however been feeling more emotional lately with no other symptoms. I do have depression and GAD, so maybe it’s affecting that? I’m not really sure. Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone else NEVER get a period?

I only do when I take Provera.

I have already tried Metformin, Vitex, weight loss, exercise, clean eating. Still have never had a cycle on my own.

I just started taking inositol, so I'll give that a shot for a few months to see if that helps at all. Any other ideas? Is there anything you have been able to do to naturally get a period?

Does anyone else experience spotting while on birth control. I've been on it two years and in August and again now I have experience spotting on my birth control. Terrified it's some form of cancer
