I have been battling PCOS for a while now and was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I am looking for someone going through the same thing since this is so new to me. Thanks!
I was diagnosed but my doctors didn’t tell me my type or catagory of pcos so how do I know what to do or how to treat it?

I'm 22 yrs old, not trying to have a baby now but was told a fertility doctor is better to go to for diagnosis and treatment for PCOS and endometriosis. Any doctors and information would be greatly appreciated.
Just wanted to say, not sure if you’re still looking for a doctor but I finally went to go see the doctor that I posted the name/website. And she really cares…she’s literally the first doctor to look… read more
I was curious whether anyone else has this in addition to PCOS? I thought when I was diagnosed with POTS that it had been caused by my Lyme disease (however I went through very intense Lyme disease treatment for 2-3 years since I was undiagnosed for over 10years with Lyme and I seemed to recover from most symptoms after treatment..) I finished treatment for it about 2 years ago. but I am still experiencing tons of dizziness/feeling like I’m going to faint recently and it feels like my POTS… read more
Ive been told electrolysis is the only way to remove permnetley unwanted body hair, esp on the face, as laser is not long term and for people with pcos ive seem to see alot of failed laser stories, but ive seen alot of positive on electrolysis , anyone have advice?
I had electrolysis for years... no, decades! The removal was permanent for my few chest hairs, but my chin hairs always grew back. The worst part of that was I couldn't shave because the… read more
Sooo I was on here when I thought I had PCOS, but after seeing 3 gynecologists and an infertility specialist they said I in fact did not
Then I finally went to see a PCP who saw my acne and 😣 facial hair and immediately thought of PCOS. He reviewed my labs and previous ultrasounds and said I in fact had PCOS

I currently have adrenal pcos but with my current symptoms right now could this mean that it's changing? My body has been shaking, my heart rate goes up, I feel weak and tired all the time. Or could this been something else I believe that it's just low blood sugar levels. I believe that it could be low blood sugar levels because as soon as have something sugary like a bottle of coke or a pcl of sweets I feel a bit better for it. Either way I am going to my doctor's about, I just would like some… read more
@KirstenMiller. Thank you. I will put up a update soon as I can. I plan on seeing my doctor on Monday. I haven't gotten round to it yet due to being busy with work.
My partner and I are currently TTC and started our first round of fertility treatment, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. I know patience is key, but going through something like this isn't easy. I'm looking for a provider and team who are compassionate, sensitive, and patient-centered.
@A myPCOSteam Member Thank you for the prayers girl! On my TWW right now after my second cycle with the trigger shot. I have been really focusing on clean eating and limiting any processed foods… read more
Went to a gynecologist tonight due to fibroids in uterus. Did the internal ultrasound to check on my pcos but apparently they are gone. I have bigger issues and currently freaking out as one fibroid needs investigating but the doc said my pcos is a thing of the past. I’m confused can pcos ever go away and why is my body not showing signs of it. I know it sounds stupid I should be happy right but I feel like there is information missing here
Ok so when I was 25 and trying to get pregnant, my periods were like 3 months apart, testosterone was slightly high, weight gain as soon as I got off the pill and I had cysts on my ovaries. After 2… read more
I hate it when I see that this female celebrity or that female celebrity is pregnant as it annoys the hell out of me as I'm like thinking "can't u keep ur pregnancy news to urself?" or "just share it with with your family and friends" as its not nice for ladies who are struggling to get pregnant due to medical conditions they have like us ladies on here as we have PCOS and we (well I for one) don't want to know about them becoming pregnant because u never or very rarely find out if a female… read more
