So i got diagnosed with pcos in november i cant take birth control though because it makes my anxiety really bad although my obgyn didnt really care about that. I want to do things naturally i just dont know where to start. Anyone have any tips, what to eat/drink. I exercise at least 4-5 days a week for about 30-40 min.
