Have any lf you ladies tried going gluten and dairy free and eating a low glycemic index diet? Did it help the symptoms of your PCOS? Did you lsoe weight at all? How long until you saw results? Where did you find all your information? Wheres a good place to find receipes and grocery lists?

So i had learned to avoid white bread and rice, awesome. was used to that. Then I hear that I have to avoid other foods as well. What foods do we have to avoid. Most of what is okay to eat, I hate the taste of, or it doesn't sit well with me (for example seafood).

So i got diagnosed with pcos in november i cant take birth control though because it makes my anxiety really bad although my obgyn didnt really care about that. I want to do things naturally i just dont know where to start. Anyone have any tips, what to eat/drink. I exercise at least 4-5 days a week for about 30-40 min. Also any supplements i should know about? I also just started taking probiotics two weeks ago.
